Free forever, and how you can help

Nivesh Sahayak Sales Order is free. So is every other Nivesh Sahayak tool: the billing and document makers, the GST tools, My data and the Nivesh Sahayak App. They will always be free.

Our promise

• No paid version. There is no "Pro" plan and no feature is locked. Everyone gets the same software.
• No limits. Make as many bills and documents as you need, for as many businesses as you run.
• No login, no account. Open the page and start.
• Your data stays with you. It is kept in your own browser on your own device, not on our servers.
• Nothing to interrupt your work. No ads ever appear where you make or print a document, and nothing extra is added to your printed bills except one small "made at" line.

Why we ask for help

Free for you does not mean free to run. Keeping these tools correct and working takes:

• Keeping up with the rules. GST rates, invoice rules, TDS and labour limits change every year. Each change is read, checked and built into the tools.
• Websites and testing. Domain names, hosting, and testing on many phones and computers.
• Languages. The tools speak 24 Indian languages, and every new screen has to be translated.
• Time. New tools, fixes for problems you report, and answers to your questions.

Ways to help (most cost nothing)

1. Tell another business. Share the link with a shopkeeper, trader, accountant or friend who still writes bills by hand or pays for software.
2. Tell us when something is wrong. A wrong rule, a confusing screen or a broken button: write to us. Every report makes the tools better for everyone.
3. Suggest a feature. If your trade needs a document or report we don't have yet, tell us.
4. Give a small amount, if you wish. A contribution of any size by UPI or bank transfer helps pay for hosting, testing and rule updates. It is completely optional and changes nothing in the software for you.

Good to know

• A contribution is a voluntary gift, not a payment for a service. It gives no extra features, priority or rights, and the tools stay free for those who don't give.
• Nivesh Sahayak is not a registered charity or trust, so contributions are not tax-deductible (no 80G receipt).
• Paid by mistake or the wrong amount? Write to us within 7 days with the UPI reference number and we will return it.
